National Vegetarian Week 2017

This is a great alternative to toast and also a fabulous snack.
Ingredients
2 Bananas
4 tbsp yogurt of your choice
4 tbsp Granola
1 tbsp Honey
hand full of Raspberries and pomegranate seeds
Method
Slice the bananas long ways and place onto your plate. spoon the yogurt over the bananas, sprinkle the granola and scatter the raspberries and pomegranate seeds. Lastly, drizzle the honey over.
