Depending on how much salmon you plan on making adjust the quantities
Drizzle of Olive oil
Salt and pepper – to taste
Dash of Garlic salt
A good sprinkle of Za’atar
Honey roasted peanuts – crushed
Drizzle of honey
Garnish with chopped parsley
- Pre heat the oven at 180c
- Place the salmon on a baking tray and massage the olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic salt and honey into the salmon.
- Sprinkle the za’atar and the honey roasted peanuts over the top.
- Bake for 20 mins or until salmon flakes when you pull it apart.
