2tbsp vegetable oil
125ml maple syrup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g rolled oats
100g mixed seeds
100g flaked almonds
Heat the oven to 150c/fan
In a bowl mix together all the liquids – oil, maple syrup, honey, golden syrup, vanilla extract.
Add in all the remaining dry ingredients and mix well
Spread over 2 baking trays and back for 10 mins and mix it around then bake for another 10 mins.
Once cooled store in an airtight container for up to a month.
Tip: you can add in any kind of nuts or seeds or even dried fruit – for every 100g of extra add 2tbsp of your preferred syrup
